As a certification scheme based on principles like rule of law, international cooperation, accountability, and justice, we are utterly shocked by the events from the past week, and we strongly condemn the Russian invasion of the sovereign country of Ukraine. 

Our team stands by our Ukrainian certified companies and partners. Our thoughts are with all Ukrainian people, wishing strongly for this brutal injustice, violence, and fear to be over soon.

The European Pellet Council is currently assessing the situation very seriously and will make an announcement on the topic in the following weeks.
