ENplus® ženklas yra saugomas tarptautiniu lygmeniu. Tai reiškia, kad nesertifikuotas prekės ženklo ar jo dalies naudojimas gali būti traktuojamas, kaip prekės ženklo savininkų teisių pažeidimas. Todėl kiekvieną kartą sužinoję apie neteisėtus veiksmus su saugomu ženklu, mes atvejį tiriame.
