Educational tour about the benefits of using wood pellets to take place in Belgium

The word-leading wood pellet certification – ENplus^®, in cooperation with the pellet appliance manufacturers RIKA and ÖkoFEN organise a series of events in Belgium to promote the use of pellets among local consumers.

The goal of the educational tour is to increase awareness about wood pellets as a heating solution and to provide information about the advantages of this biofuel. The visitors will also learn how the pellet appliances work and will be given useful tips such as how to find a reliable pellet supplier and what to look for when purchasing pellets to make sure they are buying a high-quality product.

The tour schedule is as follows:

• Tuesday 19.09.2023 - Westland Shopping (Brussels)
• Thursday 21.09.2023 - Cora Rocourt Shopping Centre (Liege)
• Friday 22.09.2023 - Wijnegem Shopping Centre (Antwerp)

The visitors of the respective shopping centres can visit for free the exhibition area of the event and take advantage of a free consultation provided by the representatives of ENplus^®, RIKA and ÖkoFEN. They will have the opportunity to see modern pellet appliances in action as well as to get familiar with the wood pellets and their characteristics. Educational materials will also be distributed for free to anyone willing to know more about the topic and some of the visitors will be able to win a pellet bag for free.
